How to include kids in the kitchen

There is so much research about the benefits of cooking with children.  I don't know how many of you do bring your children into the kitchen to help but it is really worth the effort.  

The younger they start, the easier it will be.  Just like anything else, if they get used to helping in the kitchen at a younger age, it becomes just part of their daily family home life.

Sometimes, we are not sure what they can do when they are younger.  Well, here is a nifty, quick infographic that gives you some great ideas for kid of different ages.
