What a busy start to May events! 

There are two events that I wanted to remind everyone of:

May 6th is National Nurse's Day

May 6th is National School Nurse's Day 

As a nurse and part of this wonderful organization, it is important that we take a moment to thank our nurses for all their dedication and hard work to promoting healthy families and healthy children.  They tirelessly carry the banner for health and so tenderly and careful take care of our children when they are sick and promote healthy habits to prevent diseases.

To help children thank the nurses in their lives, we share with you these printable cards of appreciation:

Children's Nurse's Day appreciation cards. Have children thank their school nurse or pediatric nurse for helping them get well and stay healthy with this free printable Nurse's Day card. Have children cut out the card, paste it onto construction paper and then decorate it.
