We are proud to announce that we have again qualified for one of the few Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sanctioned, COPPA complaint certification for our children's section!
We take great pride in this because we made a commitment to provide children with a safe place to learn about nutrition without the concern of food marketing or any kind of advertising attempting to influence children. We have kept our word and stayed true to our conviction that children would not be advertised to in our Solusville, the healthy neighborhood.

For those of you that don't know what is COPPA, Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, went into effect on April 21, 2000, It applies to any website that is collecting any type of personal information from children under 13. This is the government's way of protecting children who may innocently provide online information about themselves, not really understanding what or how their personal information is being used.
We have ensured that we collect the minimal amount of information from children so that they can have a way to play and earn their points and seals in Solusville. However, we require that an adult must first sign up and then it is the adult who will create the child's membership. We do not get information directly from any child.
