This month we are celebrating being active. It is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month.
The weather is beautiful outside and this is a perfect month to get the whole family moving.
Here are some ideas to help your family get started:

3. Start a family walk competition. Have each family member wear pedometers and then write down the number of steps walked at the end of each day. See which family member walks the most!
