How much sleep you get each night may be affecting your health

Sleep is such an important of being healthy.  But surprising many Americans don't get enough sleep.  

As parents, getting enough sleep each night helps us in so many aspects of our day including parenting.  You might even be surprised to know that obesity is linked to getting too little sleep!  


This is a habit that we need to teach our kids.
