Halloween is not only about candy. You can use this holiday to help kids learn about how to portion control, limit their candy consumption and nutritious foods that are orange!
Here are some great (short and to the point) articles for parents. These were written by dietitians who are also moms. They know you just need a few specific actions that are easy to implement to help control candy consumption during Halloween.
