Ingredients

  • All smoothies: 1 1/2 cup milk (almond milk or soy milk works as well)
  • Green Smoothie:
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Yellow Smoothie:
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • Orange Smoothie:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • Pink Smoothie:
  • 2 cup frozen strawberries
  • Purple Smoothie:
  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • Decorating Supplies:
  • Glue (we used hot glue because it’s faster and sticks very well)
  • A sharpie marker
  • Googly Eyes
  • Pom poms
  • pipe cleaners

Directions

Kids: Decorate cups: You can use glass cups if you have them, or clear plastic cups work as well.
Together: Pick a Smoothie to make: Combined ingredients and blend at high speed.
Kids: Make ears for your smoothie: Use straws or a peeled carrot.
Together: For carrots just slice it in half, so the two sides are identical
