Ingredients
Zucchini, sliced lengthwise and about ½ inch thick 2
Olive oil 2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Adults: Preheat the grill to medium.
Adults: Slice zucchini lengthwise and about 1/2 inch thick
Kids: Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil on each side and season with salt and pepper.
Adults: Grill about 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
Adults: To serve, cut the slices on the diagonal into thin strips
