A delicious dessert to serve after a nutritious dinner. The whole family will enjoy it.
Adults: Graham Cracker Crust:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Kids: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until thoroughly blended.
Together: Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and side of 9-inch pie pan.
Adults: Bake in center of preheated oven for about 8 minutes until lightly brown, cool.
In a bowl, whisk pudding and milk for 2 minutes, chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Kids: Spread pudding evenly in pie crust. Cover top of pie with strawberries, pointed ends up.
Kids: Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
9-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust can be substituted for homemade crust. Try fresh, apricots, raspberries or blueberries instead of strawberries.
