Ingredients
2 medium-size black plums (about 1/2 pound) pitted and sliced
2 medium-size red plums (about 1/2 pound) pitted and sliced
4 sweet green or gold plums (about 1-1/4 pounds) pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar or other sweet vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Small pinch white pepper
Directions
Adults: Pitt and slice all plums
Kids: In medium-size bowl, combine plum slices.
Kids: In small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, sugar and pepper until smooth.
Kids: Drizzle sauce over plums and serve immediately, or let stand, covered, for 1 hour to mellow flavors.
