Ingredients
Fresh mango, diced 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Pear, diced 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Fresh ginger, finely grated 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar lightly sprinkled over fruit
Directions

This is best when made in advance and left to sit over night but can be made just before eating.
Simply combine all fruit into medium sized mixing bowl and toss with the ginger and lemon juice. The lemon juice will help to preserve the fruit while sitting and also help enhance the flavors.
