Healthy Monday - Food Labels help families stay healthier

When reading food labels:

Look for low levels of saturated fat, trans-fat, cholesterol and sodium (less than 5%) on nutrition labels. Make sure you and your family are getting enough dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and iron (20% or more).
