Promote healthy foods with fun kids and parents costumes

Getting your child excited about healthy foods can sometimes require a little creativity and imagination!

I am always looking for fun new ways to get kids excited about fruits and vegetables.  Those are the two food groups that most kids do not eat enough of.  Actually, most of us! :-)

My little grandniece used to eat all kinds of fruits  when she was little, but now that she has started school, she doesn't want to eat them.   So I was really looking for  a fun way to get her interested in fruits again.
